The Journey
We began as a small team of passionate lecturers offering part-time training, and we’ve grown into one of Southern Africa’s leading providers of Earth Moving and Safety training.
Founded by Ms. Emerldah Ntombi Khoza, an industry expert with vast experience in Mining, Health and Safety, and Manufacturing Equipment, our academy offers hands-on practical and comprehensive theoretical training. We’re proud to be registered under MerSeta, ensuring our courses meet the highest industry standards.

- Competency Certification: Upon successful completion of our assessments, operators receive a Competency Certificate and, if necessary, a license, validating their skills and readiness to operate equipment safely and efficiently.
- Quality Training Programs: Our training programs are designed to reduce costs, prevent accidents, and improve productivity. We provide both practical and theoretical training, facilitated by our team of qualified, competent, and multi-lingual assessors.
